UNOKLIMA is available in several series: UNOKLIMA 2.0 and UNOKLIMA XT

  • Model 2.0 BASE is the simple model with an on/off function on the unit and a remote control to choose between 3 speeds and start/stop the fan. Model BASE is available in dimensions of 100mm and 160mm. This model meets the ventilation needs of most living spaces with heat recovery.

  • Model 2.0 REMOTE is the model with many settings, remote control, and the ability to connect multiple units in series. It is also possible to install an external wall control panel. Model REMOTE is available in dimensions of 100mm and 160mm.

  • Model 2.0 Bathroom Special is the advanced model specifically designed for bathrooms. It has constant, uninterrupted humidity monitoring and constant ventilation with heat recovery. The model is available in dimensions of 100mm and 160mm.

  • Model XT-REMOTE is an elegant model with an extra-large heat exchanger, additional features, a remote control with a display, and the motor located on the outside of the heat exchanger. It is also possible to install an external wall control panel. XT-REMOTE is available in 160mm and, for special projects, also in 100mm. The model is easy to install, clean, and maintain.

UNOKLIMA can be installed in most rooms

Models 2.0 BASE, 2.0 REMOTE, and XT REMOTE can be installed in exterior walls in all types of rooms, such as bedrooms, living rooms, basements, workshops, offices, and utility rooms. When installing in a kitchen, there must be 3 meters to the extractor hood's duct. In basements, heat recovery and moisture reduction depend on the presence of a heat source in the room.

2.0 Bathroom Special can be installed in all bathrooms when connected to the room's light switch.

Choosing the right model

A general rule is to always choose 160mm, regardless of room size, as 160mm models provide better sound comfort and higher capacity both in terms of ventilation and heat volume. It is recommended to establish a new 160mm air duct if possible, even if there is already a 100mm air duct in the room.

In bathrooms, where people only stay for short periods, noise level is less important. Simply choose the Bathroom Special model that fits the room's size.

Capacity

When choosing the dimension, ensure that the speed at which the unit will typically operate matches the desired ventilation capacity for the room:

  • 100mm: Maximum ventilation capacity is 20m² at the highest speed. Maximum heat effect is at speed 1.
  • 160mm: Maximum ventilation capacity is 40m² at the highest speed. Maximum heat effect is at speed 2.

General information for all models

All UNOKLIMA models provide efficient constant ventilation with heat recovery and have 3 speed settings. They are easy to install, and maintenance is simple. Models BASE and REMOTE have closing flaps that prevent drafts when the unit is off. Bathroom Special must run constantly and, therefore, does not have closing flaps.

What are the advantages of model 2.0 BASE?

Model 2.0 BASE is ideal when you only want constant ventilation with heat recovery. It is suitable for all living spaces. The stop/start button on the remote control stops the fan without closing the flap.

What are the advantages of model 2.0 REMOTE?

Model REMOTE is the right choice if there is a need for several connected units or extra features. The remote control offers several functions:

  • Exhaust without heat recovery.
  • Intake without heat recovery.
  • AUTO function with humidity control and twilight sensor.
  • Filter alarm for maintenance.
  • BOOST function: 20 minutes of extraction at the highest speed.
  • Option for wall control panel and series connection.

When to choose model 2.0 Bathroom Special?

Model 2.0 Bathroom Special is ideal for bathrooms for the best possible indoor climate concerning humidity and odors. The model runs constantly with fixed humidity monitoring.

When to choose model XT160-REMOTE?

Model XT160-REMOTE has the same functions as 2.0 REMOTE, plus additional advantages:

  • Remote control with display.
  • 50% larger heat exchanger.
  • Elegant slim design panel.
  • Motor located on the outside of the heat exchanger.
  • Exterior noise-dampened wind deflector.

What to do in larger rooms?

In larger rooms, it is recommended to install multiple units. 160mm models provide both better capacity and comfort. Ideally, there should be 3 meters between units. REMOTE models can be connected in series to operate synchronously. Model BASE cannot be connected in series. If possible, install multiple units on opposite exterior walls for optimal effect.
