Maintenance of UNOKLIMA models

All UNOKLIMA models require regular maintenance. At a minimum, maintenance must be carried out after every 3,000 hours of operation. It is recommended to perform maintenance every 3 months.

Model REMOTE has a maintenance alarm that stops the unit after 3,000 hours of operation, and a light indicator will turn on. After maintenance, the unit can be restarted by pressing the 'FILTER' button on the remote control.

Model BASE does not have a filter alarm. The user must remember to perform maintenance every 3 months.

Before maintenance

The power to the unit must be disconnected before beginning maintenance.

Maintenance steps

• Filters can be washed at 30 degrees. Ensure that the filters are completely dry before reinstalling them. Replace the filters if they are damaged or at least every two years.

• Heat exchanger should be vacuumed carefully from both sides with a regular vacuum cleaner. The heat exchanger is made of raw ceramics for optimal heat absorption and release and does not tolerate water. Therefore, the heat exchanger must never be exposed to water.

• Cabinet, motor housing, fan blade, closing flaps, and wall ducts should be wiped down with a soft cloth.

After maintenance

Once maintenance is complete, carefully reassemble the unit. Then reconnect the power, and the unit will be ready for another 3,000 hours / 3 months of operation.

Important

Always follow the instructions in the manual. Never use water – only the filters can tolerate water.
